4. Q: Is Alabama Real Estate School Online an approved school to offer online courses?
   A: YES! We are an approved real estate school permitted to offer online courses for Sales Associates and CE. Our courses for Alabama are offered via Kaplan Real Estate School.



5. Q: How long do I have to complete the course?
   A: You can access each course for up to a full year. In unusual circumstances, you may be able to get a course extension.



6. Q: When do I receive my completion slip?
   A: 3-5 days after completing your course, we will mail your course completion slip to you. We will also notify the State of Alabama of your successful completion of the course. If you need this expedited to overnight shipping, please call us at 800-391-4123. There is a charge for overnight rush of completion slips.



7. Q: How do I check the status of my license? How do I renew my license?
   A: You can check the status and renew your license at the Alabama real estate commission website. Visit http://www.arec.alabama.gov/



8. Q: Help! My computer crashed/I lost power/I lost internet connection/etc. while taking my final exam. What now?
